Re: Can't exchange players for max points... need help!

Hi @TheRealGlennCoco,

If you are unable to exchange players, that indicates that you have those players rostered in a lineup. Players must be removed from all your lineups to be eligible for trades.

The little green badge with the star at the top-right of some of those cards indicates that those specific players are rostered in your Default/primary Lineup.

As for the other players that do not have the green badge with the star, those players are likely being rostered in one of your additional lineups you have set. You can check for additional lineups you may have created by selecting the down arrow to the right of your current lineup name on the "My Team" screen as depicted below:

Once you remove all those players from your lineups you should be able to use them in trades.

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH! LOL 

    I just exchanged enough for 6 MAX players!!! I appreciate the help!!!
