I think I may have found a useful method which you may want to use.

This has only been tested once but I do not believe it would erase your current progress. Only use if you are connected to Facebook until I find out more about this. 

Apple Devices:

1. Connect device to your PC
2. Install and open iExplorer (any other file browser for your device will do)
3. Navigate to Apps -> MaddenMobile -> Library -> Caches and delete all contents inside that folder

Android Devices:

1. Go to your settings

2. Select Apps/App Manager (the way to get here will vary on your device)

3. Find madden mobile (again will vary with device, may want to select internal media)

4. Find clear cache, NOT CLEAR DATA

I tried this but I'm still getting the network error when I try to play the game.

Also, I was just on the phone with EA. They said they were putting me through to Tecnical Support and that I would get a callback in 3-4 minutes. It's been 15.....

I do believe that an update will be coming to madden mobile soon. Not sure when though. So hopefully it fixes itself before then!

If you are unable to recover your Madden NFL Mobile account, please reach out to our Support team via the options below. Keep in mind that if your account is not linked up to Google/Apple/Facebook to sign into the game, playing on guest mode will delete your progress if you un-install the game.
