This is just one of the management decisions you are potentially faced with while playing in Season mode.

You'll be required to pay 1,000,000 Operating Income to proceed.

Note: Season mode is completely separate from your Ultimate team. Anything you do in Season mode will not have any effect on your Ultimate team's progress.
