Yea it's ridiculous they constantly tell us to come here only to almost always NEVER get a response from anyone at ea. One time I gave them props on something a couple of months ago and guess what, they acknowledged that and gave me points within a half of hour. Literally 20-30 minutes. So it's not that they're not getting any of these post, there only job as moderators is to read, respond and resolve post, they just simply choose not to. No matter how polite you may be, they won't respond to anything where they have to answer to any of the many ridiculous and unnecessary things that go on within the game. They'll respond to something about the network, connection and if you're having trouble spending money though. They'll quickly get on top of that. And me and my league mates have always said we don't like how we're forced to play with other players in certain live events and in all of the survival challenges. We've spent way too much money on acquiring and training these players not to be able to use them. C'mon man a lot of these players cost millions of points to train and you mean to tell me I can't use them all of the time?
