I have a couple of suggestions.

 Lineman should be able to run forwards when rushing during a screen pass.switching players it should not take the player you switches to out of the play by slowing down half a second and messes up play.  Also when switching players on the defensive side it there should be a acknowledgement that the first player to switch to would be the one closest to the play, not some random player 10 yards away so when you switch and dive you are automatically taking that player out of the play.

Receiving players should not run their routes out of bounds.  When diving to tackle it should at least be in the direction of the ball or the player.  Pre snap glitch that continuously makes quarterback do presnap motions until clock runs out.  The kicking meter as always is dreadful, can that whole interface.  When the quarterback is running towards a receiver who is planted at the end of their routes have them attack the ball with the corners instead of running off somewhere else. 

I'm sure there is more but this is just off the top of my head.
