So where does he go? Reporting in game does nothing either. There should be strict rules for that league too.

You have to be careful posting screen shots here too. I did in the past to show play spamming. The guy ran 1 play the whole match over and over. He scored with ease. I was banned cuz my opponents username was in the film.
This is understood. But nothing gets done about that player. We all know this. Thats why we come here

I'll tell you this though, if that type of behavior was happening in a league, that's not a league I would want to participate in. We want our games to harvest a fun, safe, and friendly environment. We hope league owners/admins share those values too and use their administrator abilities when they feel it's necessary.
