Community AdminRe: In-game ads fail to launch (iOS/iPhone SE)

The team is aware that some ads may not be available for certain devices and regions. We'll let them know you're experiencing this with the new promo.
If you are still having trouble, here are some steps we recommend to see if it will allow you to get stamina.
For iOS:
1. Close your game
2. Go to your device settings
3. Go to Privacy
4. Scroll down to Advertising
5. Reset Advertising Identifier
6. Restart your device
7. Launch the game again
For Android:
1. Close your game
2. Go to settings
3. Go to Google: Services & preferences
4. Go to Ads
5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"
6. Click OK
7. Restart your device
8. Launch the game again
