Re: Madden Mobile 21 will not load “Service Inaccessible”

I’ve done all steps twice except turning WiFi off for 5 mins I’m using a iPhoneXR

I have been able to play since it came out but around 12pm today i started to get the service inaccessible error. I have tried everything multiple times and it still isn’t working. Everyone that I know is able to get on but I am not. I am on an IPhone XR. Can u please help

I even switched WiFi networks 

I am very frustrated because i know how to get a free 90 and i can’t get online to get it. Also i am worried i will be demoted from commissioner in my league for being inactive for so long

Is that a bug? It was working with my VPN until Thursday at 12 pm but the started giving me an error. If it is a bug, could EA please fix it so that I can play madden mobile without having to turn off my VPN, and then turn it back on every time I stop playing?

I think it’s glitched out because it’s not even showing up in settings.

its getting frustrating 

Since I normally keep VPN on so it is on when I am not at my home WiFi, I have just stopped playing Madden and only play FIFA mobile on my iPad Air which is on WiFi. It makes no sense that VPN is fine on one of the EA games, and not supported on another. Bad planning EA.

@CodeGamer37 Which Iphone and you said First gen so it probably does not work. You probably need something newer.
