Ive posted twice to this forum and also posted in the EA bug forum regarding the auction house bug on the night of 04/11/2016.
Check the servers and my account and ban me if im lying

I have not heard a single word from anyone and am totally frustrated. I went to bed around 2am est. So between 2am and when I awoke I lost 20guys in the auction, ranging from 86-91. I worked hard grinding,updating my team,buying,selling. Buying madden cash. Woke up, to an empty auction, empty bench. Check the severs.. Check my account. Pleeeeeease Ea. Ban me if I'm lying. I just want my guys back, or the coins I had them up for at auction for please. Im devastated. Doing nothing, has hurt alot of us once happy gamers.

Not all 20 were 86-91, just the elites I lost. I had 10 or 11 elites 4gold, 1silver and 4bronze players I lost.

Firstly, apologies for any frustration we have caused with this issue.

The relevant teams are investigating this issue still and are looking at individual cases.
Until we have more info to post on this here can I ask players to not contact our Advisors as they are unable to action individual cases.

I've supported ea all my gaming life, over 20years and I never thought I'd be in this position

lost a bid for 950k coins. did not get my coins back. please look it up, case # 23407124. EA's last email informed me that this case has been closed and that they're working to fix the problem. just like the majority of people here, i do think this will never get solved. i will never get my hard earned coins back.

Going on week number three with no content returned to my account. EA just needs to shut down the server for a couple hours and fix their problem. Beware on Sunday nights because this is when the problem is occuring.

EA Barry, what's going on? Give us some news please. We see you are reading what's put on the boards but we have heard nothing from EA. It has been a couple weeks now and your company hasn't told us what's going on. The only info we are hearing is from each other and everything is pieced together from different people. Please give us an update.

The issue isn't going away as EA is hoping it will and the longer it takes the worse it gets. I agree with the others who have posted here that it is time to shut down and address the problem head on. Communication is key and it has been sorely lacking throughout this entire process! I can't fathom why that is so difficult to grasp. Silence on EA's part, EVEN IF there is nothing new to report only results in more upset players posting complaints on this forum. How this helps anyone is beyond me. There should be some kind of update posted here every couple of days at least. It's crazy to direct all of your disgruntled customers here and then have nothing to say for days on end! What result can you possibly expect from this approach other than more angry rants on this discussion board?

WTF its been almost 3 weeks and we haven't heard anything from ea a update would be nice.
- So I did actually get back my items from EA today. That said I only had about 6 things missing. Of course 17 days after I lost them and every player has dipped in value but apparently EA is trying to get them back to everyone.

I was bidding on a 98 Dwight Freeney for 550,200 coins never got my bid back. After speaking with two Advisors, they told me they were unable to help, have no record and to monitor this thread for a solution. This is so frustrating. There better be refunds for everyone and some sort of compensation for lost players, xp, coins and time!

and again, just lost like 15 bids 7000 a piece.... just disappeared, no get bid back and no claim item..... ridiculous. It wouldn't be a big deal if they would just do the right thing and refund coins. EA come on do the right thing.
I put some elite players for sell, and about 8 gold trophies.. The auctions was in the end, and now are missing, as other players report.

They actually refunded me coins for this within the hour it occurred. Still waiting on the Dwight Freeney issue

One month later, still no refund or resolve. Thanks EA. Patience I gave you and a slap in the face is what the majority of people received back. This was really bad on your part as a " professional game design company."

- Anonymous9 years agoYou're not going to receive anything back. I have been waiting for 4 weeks and still nothing. They don't care about what we lost. They already have our money. You can contact Google/Apple and request a refund.
