Well, that was extremely unhelpful. I understand that Madden Mobile is a free game and therefore you perhaps think that customer service isn't important, but I do own a number of EA games, amongst them Madden NFL 2017 and FIFA 2017 for Playstation 4 and I do think this makes me a customer of EA and worthy of being taking seriously.
