- I think you're right though somebody earlier said it was a message issue and that's what I find out it opens up music plays I could see the whole screen players and their monies there but then one the box on the bottom goes to open for the message it tells you how many you have that's when it crashes it's definitely a message issue they need to work on it ASAP
sorry everyone i said solved mine works for the most part now I thought everyone had theirs fixed. idk how to unsolve the post sorry
