Answer HQ is not the appropriate location for inquiries like this. Answer HQ is a peer to peer help site where users can ask and recieve information from other users. Comments like yours should be directed at locations that are more appropriate and are actually monitored by developers like the following:

Not trying to hide anything and I'm not saying I'm the "supreme being" or any other such thing. I was just letting you know that Answer HQ is not a traditional forum and is not monitored by developers so posting here with the type of post from the OP is not productive. The links I referred the OP to are locations where input is more likely to be seen by developers.
As far as the only help you've ever seen being from fellow players, I have been gaming for probably 25 years and continue to this day. There are very few EA employees here, everybody else is a volunteer who are all gamers of different kinds. If the user you see posting does not have EA_ in their name, they are a fellow gamer that is volunteering their time to help out here. We try to use our experience to help others who are playing the games we know and love. The users who are employees are Community Managers, and not developers so input to them regarding features and desired features is not reaching the correct people either.

- Then why is everyone that goes EA help directed here? If all the help is available there, why send us somewhere, where in your words, is zero technical help available? It is my opinion that EA doesn't back their products with available resources. They push the customers away...
This site is a peer to peer help site where players can help each other with common issues. I don't know for sure, but I would guess this site was established because this allows for common problems to be addressed by fellow players, not clogging up the EA Customer Support queues with easily solvable problems.
