Rare Derwin James, Rare Michael Thomas, Epic Chase Young, Epic Derrick Henry, and Epic Aaron Donald are the Tour Masters you will acquire on the path of reaching 4 millions Tour fans. It is quite easy to make progress in the Tour since you are able to auto-play after first-wins. For example, I am currently at 2.8 mil Tour fans already on a no money spent account (not to brag or anything lol; just using as a point of reference to show how easy it is to progress through it). The only Madden Cash I am spending is from the Daily Goals to purchase a couple stamina refills daily. You also acquire a Rare player for hitting 1.2 mil Tour fans, 1.7 mil Tour fans, and 2.5 mil Tour fans, and then another 2 Rare players at 3 mil Tour fans.
The other location you can obtain Rare+ players is from the Tour Trades under the "Players" tab in Trades. Once you complete all the Tier 2 Uncommon Tour Trades (the AFC/NFC East/West/North/South trades), you will unlock the 8 Tier 3 Tour Trades that give a select Rare player upon completion. Once you complete all of those, you will unlock the 8 Tier 4 Tour Trades that give a select Epic player upon completion. For reference, I have already acquired 7 Rare players from these Tour trades by completing 7 of the 8 of the Tier 3 Tour trades already.
