You can't merge them directly. You can sell the players on one team and buy them on the other team, though this year they've created multiple AHs so there's no gaurantee your 2 accounts will be on the same one, if they aren't you can't merge them (partly to prevent exactly what you're trying to do, the accounts are separate for a reason, if you want to play with the same account on multiple devices, that's what linking it to Facebook is for.
