Not ideal? Look, I've spent over $700 over the last three game years and have been accustomed to EA Help resolving issues like this. And in the past, they have. But starting this year, EA Help has not resolved one single issue I've experienced with MM. A missing 2.5+ million coins might not seem like a big deal to EA, but for me and clearly for other players it is. For you to reduce my being blatantly ripped off of 2.5+ million coins as "not ideal" is putting it far too euphemistically. It's sheer theft of currency be it by bug or not. And the fact that starting this year EA Help is no longer able to help fix problems like this is a big slap in the face to all the loyal players who've spent tons of real money on MM. So unjust, unfair, unkind and just plain uncool.
