Hey there!
I removed your User ID from the post in order to protect your account information. First, confirm your purchase went through on your Apple/Android account by going to your purchase history. If it shows completed there, try restarting your device so it re-launches the Madden NFL 21 Mobile app.
If your purchase still does not show up after that step please contact our Support team via in-game immediately by going to Settings in-game>Help and select Missing items as your case category. Our Support team will be able to pull up your account and get it granted for you.
