Program players aren't easy to come around, indeed. We'll make sure they don't go missing though, please tap the 3 lines in the top left corner of the main menu and visit Settings. Hit customer service/help to contact our Support team. Select Missing Items/Content as the category. An EA Advisor will be able to pull up your account to verify missing claims. It's best to put in the request immediately to help make it easier for the missing items investigation.
