I have not received my daily 600 gems since the 1st day of the calendar. There has to be some issue. I demand to get my gems gifted to me in some sort of fashion if this problem does not get resolved. I also expect to be reimbursed for the gems I have missed out of so far.
My login calender stopped working the day after Black Friday promotion ended. The same day the Gem calender was to start rewarding gems. I've only been playing for month so I don't have more than 1000 gems so far. So I could see my gem calender never rewarded any gems at all. I hope we are compensated with some Gems before Arctic promotion ends.
It's now been a days without warm up calender and gem calender. I login fine but the calender never pops up to claim my stamina and gems for the day. These items are crucial to Game play. Without these resources we can't participate in promotions. I again hope we are Gifted the gems we were Promised. Thank you EA Staff 🙂
Good morning from AZ Thank you EA Team my calender is fixed and I got regular warm up calender and gems this morning. I am pleased that my issues were able to be resolved. Thank you again Good day to All Be SAFE 🙂
Still not fixed for me. Almost a week without my calendar gems.
I just realized that this post is for the warm-up calendar which I didn't realize until now is also not working. So a week without any calendar rewards.
