@mti9h4vp5xe3 It seems that you have too many players/items on your bench so you are not allowed to collect any more. Currently you have 1350 out of 1200 allowed items. As it says in the red text, I would get rid of some of your items on your bench through the item exchange or the auction house. 🙂
