As you can see, not all leagues, teams, players, etc are in the game. For EA to putting them in the game, EA needs to negotiate with and pay the individuals who own the licenses for those items. If items have not proven to be desired by a large part of the gaming community, EA may not attempt to acquire the licenses.
In your case it sounds like you are looking for them to add items to the game that are no doubt popular items. In this case I would say to just wait.
Another approach would be to find a developer on Twitter and tell them you'd like the items to be included in the game. Other locations where you can show interest in the items being added to the game are the official Twitter and Facebook accounts, as well as the official forums.

- I think, since I’m a Broncos fan if the name does not give it away, Peyton Manning should be in the game. Or really there should be a program for super bowl qbs so for every team that has won a super bowl there should be a special card for each of the famous player who played in those Super Bowls like John Elways 2 superbowls in a row with terell Davis and smith so I was wonder if anyone else thought this and we should make it bigger to make EA consider it
