@esamahsan14 I finally got through to a person and they said “we’re aware of the problem”. No answers given, no refund for VIP package, pretty much sit & wait for us to possibly fix it.

It actually worked for me today. The new challenge was prevent 35 rush yards on 3 attempts. Still no recompensation for all my lost stamina and time tho
