@EA_Blueberry Yes that happens when I pause for a few minutes to get something quick and when I get back to playing it said I forfeited the match and I lose out on the prizes I’m supposed to win

10 minutes is the max amount of time to complete a match, so perhaps that extra time on the pause screen caused the timer to run out.
If you are paused and the phone's screen shuts off, it's possible that can lead to a de-sync from the servers.
I do not recommend pausing the game in a competitive match unless it's really only for a quick moment, otherwise you're increasing your chances of running out of time to complete the game.
