Community AdminAre they Overdrive games you won? If you won 10 games of Overdrive try restarting your device to see if re-syncing with the servers will push the completion through to your account.
I won over 10 games. I even have screenshots of the 10 wins. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Still won't unlock

Community AdminHey there! Thanks for providing the screenshots to help us out. Turns out it was indeed having an issue unlocking but it should be fixed now. We unfortunately couldn't make the progress you made retroactive, so you'll have to win 10 games of Overdrive again (fix went in this morning) and he should then unlock for you. I'm sorry for the confusion and any inconveniences it might have caused you. Thank you again for flagging this down to us.
Hi, I’m also having trouble with unlocking the west coast coaches. I don’t have the screenshots of the game but I’ve won at least 10 games of overdrive with the Frank Reich but Doug Peterson is still locked. Please help, really want to get Shanahan.
