It sounds like the age you selected when given the option was below the threshold to use social features.Mobile games
Our mobile games don’t have parental control settings, so some features might not be available for underage accounts.
Some EA mobile games are age-gated, meaning we ask for a date of birth, and child users play a version of the game which does not include social features.

Nope. I'm almost 35 so I have no reason to be older. Again, the game was fine until 2 promos ago when EA announced there were issues with accounts and advised player not to uninstall and reinstall as that may cause a bigger issue.

I do remember that but believe that was only related to a temporarily login outage. Have you logged into multiple devices since that happened? No, I play on the same device. This morning I got an EA error message and had to close out and reopen the game. This is so frustrating

If you log into the Facebook app on your device and visit Settings>Apps, are you able to remove Madden NFL Mobile from the account so you can potentially re-link it on your device next time you log into Madden NFL Mobile? - EA_Blueberry

I thought it was going to work. Asked to link and sign in via FB. I said yes. Then this.....

Can you try going to your Facebook app under your application settings on the device and clear the cache + memory for it? It might also help to sign out of your Facebook account on your app before you try to link it again. Same error. It goes through where I can select my profile but then it won't connect to it and I get the same error msg

Didn’t think about this as a possibility when I initially replied to you the other day, but the timeframe of your issue seems to align with this being the reason. It sounds like you are affected by a known issue with Facebook login/linking that was discussed on a Good Afternoon Madden Mobile stream last week. The last update we received was that it was something EA was still working through. I did not know that. Thank you for sharing.
