Someone please help

I'm not sure how or why. But my kid deleted my app and when I reinstalled it's making me start over and everything. Yes I was linked to EA, Facebook and Google play and still can't recover it. Hundreds if not THOUSANDS of dollars and a whole team of iconics just GONE!!
