It's easy to do with an upgraded nomad and a controller. The video posted before shows how to do it. Take the jump from the cliff at full speed, keep the nomad nose up by keeping the left analogue stick down and spam turbo and jump quickly.
But impossible to get with just the mouse and keyboard. Nice... ☹️
Yeah, I haven't been able to get it with mouse and keyboard either. Might have to hook up a controller just to get the achievement. It's at these moments I wish I wasn't OCD about finding everything in game and getting all SP achievements... ☹️
Uh, that's lousy. Making achievements that won't allow you to do if you don't have a controller? I remember I first tried that on Eos, HOHOHOHO, how naïve, poor panda.

Yep. And it is a shame they never say anything about it. They were told about it since release several times.
I myself reported it to at least 2 Bioware, 2 Mass Effect and 5 Developer accounts on Twitter. Nobody seems to care.
They don't even say something like a fake "oh we are so sorry and will look into it".
I guess they are so emberassed that they forgot a key on the PC controls, that they want to sweep it under the carpet and forget about it.
