I definitely have a bad memory. But I can see any and all asari matriarchs sending out assassins. What is one small human life? But I don't see the asari as a benevolent species.

the asari definitely have assassins, that's how they fight wars after all... what i'm saying is that i don't see the consort using them at all (doesn't fit her character in the least), or in this situation (especially in this situation).
