You can flip between 4 sets of favourites very simply (4x3 powers).
So this can be 4 sets of Biotic powers if chosen.
To expect BioWare to build a separate combat mechanic for PC UI only seems rather unrealistic.
My issue with having switch fav profiles is that it triggers an instant cool down time. if you have a vanguard profile you charge into the fray, things get hot and you want to switch to an infiltrator profile and go cloak, you cant do this as there is a cool down. Anyway I dont expect to be able to use all 20+ powers but 3 is just too little.
