Bioware Social Site billing/purchasing problem

Problem: social.bioware.com is not allowing me to purchase ME2 DLC with a credit card. I'm having trouble getting in touch with technical support regarding this issue. Looking for a solution or anoth...

    It figures that I finally figure out the solution after posting on a forum.

    I found out it is possible to purchase Bioware points from the Origin Store. Origin accepted my CC info and credited my social.bioware.com account with the points. It would be nice if social.bioware.com's purchasing page redirected to the Origin Store's Bioware point listings. I would love to know how I might notify bioware.com tech support of this issue, but at least I found a workaround.

I found out it is possible to purchase Bioware points from the Origin Store. Origin accepted my CC info and credited my social.bioware.com account with the points. It would be nice if social.bioware.com's purchasing page redirected to the Origin Store's Bioware point listings. I would love to know how I might notify bioware.com tech support of this issue, but at least I found a workaround.

    EA's Help Center is the official tech support for Bioware's activities (we in here are separate from that department, entirely).

      From that post: "At the beginning of October Chris Priestly announced on the BioWare Blog that the tech forums on the BioWare Social Network (BSN) would be locked at some point and the tech support would be moved to Answer HQ."

       

      Doesn't that mean that this is now also the tech support forum for Bioware Social Network? Did I misunderstand?

        Yes, you certainly did.  Social's self-help forums were closed two months ago.  Those were NEVER for any "Official" contact at all.  These forums replaced those, and remain the same.  They are gamer to gamer communications places.  Official support was ALWAYS via the Game Advisers at the Help Center.
