Bring Down The Sky - DLC installation won't work

I AM AWARE OF MY PREVIOUS POST ABOUT REGISTERING MY GAME BUT SEEING IF THIS DOWNLOAD WILL WORK AS YOU CAN FREELY DOWNLOAD THE DLC FROM EA. STILL WOULD LIKE MY GAME REGISTERED.I installed the download from EA site. I open up the file and enter in the code but when I have done that, it isn't pops the installation was cancelled and have to click finish???EH?I'm a bit confused. Code is correct, just installation process is doing something wrong.

I'm a bit confused now too. Are you asking a question about the installation of the DLC or about the registration of your game?
