Verify your local game cache. In Steam > right click at ME2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.
If that not helps, pleas create a DxDiag and post it with your next reply.

@holger1405 Thanks for the reply. Verified local game cache to no avail. For the DXDiag was this screenshot what you were looking for?

In order to help you I need informations about your system, and the fastest way to get them is the DxDiag.
But the screenshots tell my very little, please safe a DxDiag text file to your Desktop as described in my previous post, then load the file up. You can do that with the button in the bottom right corner of the reply window.
