can´t connect two xbox 360 systems to ea server at the same time

Hi,

At the moment i can´t seem to connect two xbox 360 systems to the ea servers. when one is logged on to an ea game like mass effect 3 or fifa the other one will get a message when trying to play saying `ea server is unavailable at this time´ or, ´Mass effect 3 server is unavailable at this time. etc

It doesn´t seem to be an issue on my end, so far i´ve tried port forwarding, static ip´s, dmz, cache clearing reboots etc. And when i play on an ea server with one console, playing on another server (played halo 4 to test it) with the second console works just fine.

After being on hold while trying to call for about an hour, i decided to give this a go instead.

Anyone have any ideas?
