Can I play MP across multiple platforms and maintain all unlocks?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I have searched the forums for 3 hours now...

I have friends that game on PC, PS3, and 360. I own all three and would like to game with them (yes, buy 3 ME3's), but I'm curious if all the MP unlocks like classes will transfer between the platforms. Does anyone know?

Mostly no. Those are 3 different platforms/accounts/pools.
However, I heard that if you complete a weekend operation on 1 platform, then the reward is unlocked on them all, but must be redeemed on each platform individually before they expire.
