Can we change appearance and class when importing Mass Effect Legendary Edition?

First of all: love the game. I have one request to the devs though.

When importing a character from one Mass Effect game to another in the Legendary Edition can we have the option to change Shepard's appearance? People change over time, get new haircuts, hair dyes, makeup styles. It would be nice to do this mid-game too, but first I'll ask not to skip the character editor at the beginning.

It would also be nice to be able to change class at the beginning too. Maybe between ME1 and ME2 Sheppard stopped practicing her shooting skills and started working on biotic abilities. By the time ME2 starts she could be a capable adept in biotics. People get new skills over time. Five years ago I was a sales assistant, but now I've become pretty skilled in web design.

People change and Shepard should be able to change too.

    Between Mass Effect 1 and 2, character level doesn't transfer, except for a small bonus if you import a high level character. From ME2 to ME3, however, your level carries over.

    Your story choices do carry over. It doesn't matter that you changed your class, so no worries.

    You are complaining about a spoiler for a game that has been out since 2010??!!??  Yeah, this is a remaster, but it didn't change anything of note in the story, so all this info has been out in cyberspace since 2010-2011 range.   I could understand if this was a game released last week, but not one released 600 weeks ago.
