Cannot launch ME3

Well now, I have just spent much of the last 3 days trying to get this new EA app that I was forced to download to work so that I can play my ME3 game. Every single time I DL it and click on my game to play, it throws up a window telling me it can't find my game - which shows up in my library and which I've had for years - and prompts me for the product code. I don't have a clue where that product code might be. I bought the game through Steam. So I just click on that button and it doesn't give me any place to insert it anyway. Instead it throws another window telling me I am offline. But NO! I am not offline! And then I am stuck there unable to play my game.

I tell you what... I am more than just a little annoyed with this new launcher.
