Cannot see or download multiplayer DLC on EA app

Question

So I bought Mass Effect 3 N7 Collectors Edition on Origin and selected a bunch of free DLC. But I didn't select the free multiplayer DLC at the time, and now there is no way I can download it through the EA app or in-game.

Is there anyway I can get the free DLC added to my account?

@EA_ShepardCan't EA add ME3 DLC (at least the multiplayer) to that site you linked?Given the MANY issues people are having accessing these now, especially with the always been free multiplayer DLC, it would seem to be the logical and customer-focused solution.best regards

@ooph3&nbsp;If the DLC is not in the EA App Store, or under the manage content section where addons are, the only other way to would be through this link.&nbsp;
