Can't Access Mass Effect Andromeda Apex HQ

For the past week, I've been trying to get into the app, but it keeps telling me to log in to my EA account.

When I do, this message comes up:

"Something went wrong...

We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little later."

However, this has been going on for a week. What gives?

Hey @milhistorian, I brought this up with the team about it being removed. I don't see an official announcement on it being removed, but it has been from my previous discussions with them on it. I requested that it be pushed out, so that would be up to them when that happens.

In terms of this message, I found the solution to be signing into EA on here, or the EA website. Then one the Apex HQ app and hit login, for me it automatically signed straight in without asking for login details. I guess because I just logged into the EA website here. App is all working fine too. Hopefully that works for you!

Thanks for adding these steps. They still work and most players can still log in with workarounds like this so it should help if you still have access to the app.

you can obtain the app from https://apexhq.masseffectarchives.com/en/, that google play link works.

The solution below didn't work, maybe because my phone account and EA account uses different emails.

Found a workaround for Android:
1. Go to the Login Page inside the app
2. Then proceed to the section to make another account
3. Go to the redirecting tab at the bottom about making an account for children
4. login into THAT Page, then close the Windows and hit Login again

Hi @Bandethor, it may not. I was able to access it twice and no longer can. I tried on Android and iOS. With the age of the game, and very to little resources, the chances of it getting completely updated again is slim.

I have the same Problem currently with this App when I switched to ea Account from Xbox Account from the Game and this App and i never Had problems with the Xbox Account, but I can't acces the ea Account on this App it Always says: Error could not load your Account try later again. What is the Problem? And the solution for this ?
