Can't clime a critical ladder in Leviathan....

Im stuck on the planet where you are suppose to save Ann ...After the first bridge you activate and up the ladder ...I get stuck and can't clime down on the other side...My Shepherd just stops on the...

Ok ..Try that too now.Still he refuse to clime down..he just get stuck in the metal in between ladder and the platform...hard to see but I think its like the game thing the ladder are half meter back...hes not even holding it right..

    And after the movie i tryd it again...several times...sudenly it did work...thanks all : P
