Can't Play Because Re-Installed Game Doesn't Recognize DLC

    Hi @TheRealJayDee1 Can you try to clear the systems cache, then relaunching and seeing if this continues?

    Clear your PS4's cache: 

    1. Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
    2. Select "Turn Off PS4".   
    3. Let the PlayStation 4 to fully power down and wait for 15 to 30 seconds.  
    4. Restart the PlayStation 4.

Sorry, didn't see the answer until now. I did, however, turn my Playstation on and off again multiple times since asking the question, and it didn't help the Andromeda issue at all. Same error message each time I start the game and try to load an old save. I also deleted the game and installed it again, which also did nothing. Any other ideas?
