Can't start Leviathan
I downloaded the Leviathan DLC, but I never get the email from Hackett that initiates the mission. I tried downloading it again and tried with multiple careers, but the same thing. I contacted the EA Help Desk and they recommended I post it here. Anyone have any suggestions?
Where are you in the main plot?
When you go to the citadel, and are about to dock, does it give you two choices? (Bay 24, or a Lab)
Try this:
Save your game when you think you have Leviathan installed and running.
Quit Mass Effect 3.
Disconnect from the Internet (Pull Ethernet cords, disconnect WiFi, or crank up Firewalls, whatever you need to do)
Start Mass Effect 3. It will try to connect to the servers to verify you are authorized for certain expansions, and fail, giving you a list of modules you cannot play. (Creating a new EA account and logging in with that could also show that list)
Another thing to check are our achievements. At the very far end on the right are the Leviathan Achievements. One of them will be something like "Solve a Conspiracy".
