           I've never emailed you before, so I don't know if this is right, after many hours searching your websites for help, this is what they recommend me to do..

these questions are concerning Mass Effect 1 & 2:

[1] Please can I have the code for: Bring Down the Sky add-on! I got the message "You have reached the activation limit.” ..it told me that I have to contact you: ''You have reached the activation limit.” message, you will need to use the Contact  Us feature on our site and we will be able to unlock it for you. We  apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

[2] I forgot my email address I used on Mass Effect 2, I have a Cerberus Network card, is there anyway I can give you my details and you find out what email address I used please? I wouldn't normally ask, but I brought a few add-ons.. I understand that its my faught, but I was wondering if you could kindly find my login details for me please.
