@Galbrant could you try to power cycle the console and see if that help puch the items for you.

Power cycle the PS4 system
If all of the cables are working properly, try power cycling the PS4 system to rectify the issue:
Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.

Has there been a working resolution to this? I've bought two packs and am having the same issue - and I've tried the recommendations re. cycling the machine

@EA_Atic I'm also having this issue I just bought the Krogan MP Pack and nothing, how about you guy just remove those packs from the PSN store so this problem ceases.

@EA_Atic power cycling doesn't fix downloadable content not showing up. People are paying for content they aren't receiving and your response is, "reset your console"? I also just purchased the asari pack and it isn't showing up for me either. This problem still hasn't been fixed? You're basically falsely advertising content. People are paying you money, expecting something and getting absolutely nothing. GG EA
