[EA app] Can't Install Mass Effect 3
Trying to install Mass Effect 3 via the EA app and I get this error every time. My wife receives the same error. (she has a clone of my PC)

I've also tried installing it without any DLC and I get the same error with just the base game.
Try to run EA app as Administrator.
Same error
Go to your "...\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\directx\redist" folder.
Delete all files with a "*.cab" file extension. (Only the files with a "*.cab" file extension.)
Run the "DXSETUP.exe" from the same folder as Administrator (right click the "DXSETUP.exe" > Run as Administrator.
Restart your PC > Test.
