[EA app] Can't Install Mass Effect 3

Please upload the "DirectX.log" from under "C:\Windows" a well.

    After this log DirectX is normal installed.


    Did you deleted all  *.CAB files from "...\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\directx\redist" (except "DSETUP.dll, dsetup32.dll, and DXSETUP.exe) and reinstalled DXSETUP.exe on this machine as well?

    If that is also not working, try to install the "DirectX End-User Runtime" from here.

    I've done the .cab deletion a few times on her machine, as well as all of the other steps I tried before solving my own issue. 

    I will try the Runtime installation here shortly.

    Thank you, by the way, for sticking with this. The wife makes up a quarter of our usual squad so it feels wrong when the rest of us are playing it while she can't.
