[EA app] Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access Error
I own Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe edition for the PC, and despite following all previous instructions given on other answers regarding this issue, I still cannot access the online Features, and haven't been able to for months. Have literally tried everything, I think it may be a backend issue.

Hey, @foxxfire111 If the following do not work, support has to resolve it on their end. These should trigger that pass but if it does not, support has to go into the EA account and make changes. There isnt anything on your end you can change or download as it is an account issue not a game issue.
Delete EA License Files:
- Make sure the EA app is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER.
- Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
- Delete all files in the "License" folder.
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER".
- Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
- (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Update: If the above does not work, you will need to contact support so that they can resolve this on the account side. This error should only happen if you have or previously had an EA Play subscription.
