(EA phone support told me to come here) First door wont open at the start of game

The EA phone support told me to comme here because they don't find any solutions for my problem. Hello, i have a problème with the first door of the game, in the introduction when i follow Anderson....

add information and others attempts :

- I deactivated all unnecessary processes in task manager

- I removed the Xbox 360 controller and others controllers

- I disable my SLI (GTX 580)

- Driver updated with the last patch

 

It still does not work.

    I've seen this post but the suggested solution does not work (and they are indicated in my first post).
