Everyone survived ME 2 but they arnt all in ME 3...

At what system do you play?

The import process did not gave any error messages? 

The weird thing is that Mordin is alive in the default world state, so it does seem like you imported something. Maybe the save file is corrupt.

Yes PC I have the trilogy on Origin. And i used a import program to import the 1st game to the 2nd but for number 3 it already had my save from ME 2. I think my saves must of gotten broke somehow. And no import error message. I have a save editor for ME 3 yes its gibbed Masseffect 3 editor, i use it to adjust my paragon / Renegade points when i feel like doing renegade actions as a paragon. 👿

BUT i did use gibbed save editor for ME 2 to modify my points maybe that did something? But i used the editor before the final mission and everyone survived like i said. (So confused.)

Do you know how to checked the Plot Bool Variables of the ME3 save games? 

Nope. I only know how to modify level / cash / and paragon points, only thing i messed with was points.

I once messed up a save file with save editing. I think it was to add minerals. I think it's possible that the same has happened to you. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes Gibbed messes up your file.
