how do we get full powers for our characters in multiplayer in Mass Effect 3?

how do we get full powers for our characters in multiplayer Mass Effect 3? do we have to achieve a certain level? before

this happens. is there any reading material on this and similar topics? thanks for your help and assistance..darkcrystal10...

Full powers?
There are 5 skills, 2 passive, and 3 active. You get 20 levels. The common choice people make is to max 4 skills and leave one empty, or max 3 skills, get another up to level 5, and put 3 ranks into the 5th.
There is intentionally not enough points to max all 5 skills to make the players choose their builds, and make respec cards worth something, or promote to try a different combination.

to lvl your character you have to complete a game of multiplayer. you get more xp based on how far you got. full extraction on wave 11 with no one being downed entire game gives the most xp. each difficulty gives different amounts xp and credits.
lvl 20 is the max
it is also possible to put one skill to rank 6 and the rest to rank 5, or what the other guy said.

Apparantly it is possible to get 1 extra point to add towards something if you use a respec card, since that 1 point usually defaults to the classes core ability [ie: Vanguard = Biotic Charge], but if you are going the way of maxing out all your skills save for one.. you are still going to only have that one point to play around with, which will likely be neccersary to put a power up from Lv 5 to Lv 6, so really, no way to reach "FULL POWAAAAAAR!!!". 🙂
