How do you Configure xbox 360 wired controller for ME3 PC (already have the driver/software downloaded)

I already downloaded the driver from Microsoft. There are no options to configure the controller in the In-game menu. The controller works, with the downloaded software the green light turns on and ...

    Mass Effect 3 on the PC was designed for Mouse and Keyboard, there is no built-in joystick/controller functionality.

    If you want to use the controller, you will need to use 3rd party software to map the controller to keyboard and/or mouse commands.

    I do not use controllers, so I have no idea what software on the market might actually do this.

      Kuvuplan offered a solution - 3rd party software that maps keystrokes to the controller sticks and buttons. A simple search will turn that up - I did it years ago with an original Xbox troller and it worked ok.
