how to FINALLY disable ME1 mouse acceleration?

in both me2 and 3 you can disable mouse accleration/smoothing/dampening by editing Coalesced.ini file

in me1 however there isn't this file, and even after i looked into every .ini file in the config folder (and in about 10-15 setting classes from the in-game console) i still didn't managed a way to put an end on this console port
